Put these calculators on your own site
One line of code puts a working freight class, pallet or CBM calculator on your
page. Free to use commercially. No account, no API key, no cookies, nothing tracked about your
visitors — the same as on this site.
The widget sizes itself to its contents, so there is no inner scrollbar and nothing to configure.
It inherits nothing from your stylesheet and leaks nothing into it, because it renders in an iframe.
It works on any platform that lets you paste HTML — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, HubSpot,
a plain HTML page.
This is the actual widget, embedded on this page the same way it would be on yours:
Why we give this away
Because a calculator on a broker’s site is more useful to a shipper than a calculator they have
to go and find. We would rather the tool be everywhere and carry our name than sit in one place and
be correct in private.
There is no catch and no upsell attached. No account, no key, no expiry, no analytics on your
visitors, no cookies set. If we ever build a paid version, the free one keeps working.
What it will and will not do
- Will: calculate density and NMFC class against both scales, size itself to fit, work on mobile, print cleanly, and keep working if our site is redesigned.
- Will not: quote rates, capture emails, set cookies, or send you or us anything about who used it. There is no backend to send it to.
Using it commercially, or want it unbranded?
Commercial use of the free widget is fine — brokers, forwarders, 3PLs, packaging suppliers,
software vendors, all fine. If you want it without our branding, restyled to your palette, or served
from your own domain, that is a paid white-label arrangement: hello@manifestdesk.com.
Keeping it accurate
NMFC classification changes through dockets several times a year. The embedded widget is served
from our site, so when we update the density tables your embed updates with them — there is
nothing for you to redeploy. The freight class chart keeps a dated
log of what changed and when.
Is the widget really free?
Yes, including for commercial use on a company website. The only condition is keeping the attribution line that ships with the snippet. There is no account, no API key and no usage limit.
Will it slow my page down?
Barely. The loader is about 2 KB and the frame is lazy-loaded, so it costs nothing until it scrolls into view. There are no fonts, no frameworks and no third-party requests.
Does it track my visitors?
No. It sets no cookies, uses no storage on your domain, and sends nothing to us about who used it. Every calculation happens in the visitor’s browser. The only message the frame sends is its own pixel height, to your page, so the iframe can resize.
Can I restyle it or remove the branding?
Not in the free version — the frame is isolated, which is what stops it breaking your layout. Restyling and unbranded hosting are available as a paid white-label arrangement.
What if my site is built on WordPress or Squarespace?
Use whatever block that platform provides for custom HTML or embed code, and paste the snippet in. It is ordinary HTML with one script tag, so anywhere you can paste an embed code, it works.
